To set the project Data Date:
Click on (i) icon in the top center of the screen to the right of the project name
Click the edit icon next to the Project data date (Last option)
Enter the new data date
When you run your schedule, the Planned Start of any activities missing a predecessor or whose predecessor is complete will move to the data date. Refer to this article to learn more: Move Now vs Move Later
