Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see the Gantt chart and the tabular activity list at the same time?
Yes. The Gantt view is split into the Left Pane (activity list) and the Bar Chart Section, shown side by side by default. Drag the divider between them to resize, or use the arrow buttons to hide either side and view just one.

How do I collapse all my activity groups at once instead of one at a time?
Right-click the group heading in the Left Pane and choose "Show Groups to Level." Pick the lowest number to collapse every group, or the highest number to expand all activities inside them.

Why are some days shown in white on the Gantt chart?
White columns represent non-working days (weekends or holidays). This only shows when the time scale is zoomed to the "Days" level.

Can I show more than one piece of information next to an activity name?
You can display Total Float, durations, start and finish date, total float, lag, and one tag of your choice alongside the activity name. Toggle these on or off from the Gantt Display Options at the bottom right.

How do I see all the predecessors or successors for an activity in the Left Pane?
Hover over the header for the Predecessor ID or Successor ID column and click the 3 dot menu to change the cell wrapping. By choosing "Wrap" the row height will grow as needed to display every relationship and activity ID linked to it.

Can I filter the Gantt chart to only show certain activities?
Yes, use the filter button in the top right. Once applied, only activities matching the filter will display in both the Left Pane and Bar Chart Section. Learn more about filters.

How do I turn the critical path on or off?
Use the "Critical Path" menu and toggle switches in the top right of the Gantt view. Learn more about critical path.
