As you build the network and change details like duration, calendar, etc., you can update the schedule by clicking the blue Schedule button on the top right.
To schedule the project your will need a Start Milestone connected to the first activity in the sequence and provide a start date. Please see this article to learn more about Milestones.
The schedule button has two states:
Each time you run the schedule, you will be able to see a summary change from the previous schedule run.
To navigate directly to your Quality Report, choose "View Quality Report". Learn more about Quality Report here: Schedule Quality Report | Planera Help Center
Note: Before running your schedule for the first time, you will see this message and your Gantt chart will be unavailable. Once you run your schedule, your dates and Total Float will show on the Canvas and your Gantt chart will populate.

What do I need before I can schedule my project for the first time?
You need a Start Milestone connected to the first activity in your sequence, along with a start date entered for that milestone.
What does it mean when the schedule button shows "stale"?
A stale schedule means you've made changes (duration, calendar, logic, etc.) since the last time you ran the schedule. Click the blue Schedule button to recalculate and bring it back to an updated state.
Why is my Gantt chart empty?
The Gantt chart stays unavailable until you run the schedule for the first time. Once scheduled, dates and Total Float populate on the Canvas and the Gantt chart fills in.
What happens each time I click Schedule?
Planera recalculates dates and float, and shows you a summary of what changed compared to the previous schedule run.
How do I check the quality of my schedule after running it?
Choose "View Quality Report" after scheduling to navigate directly to your Schedule Quality Report.
