You can organize your Table and Gantt view by various fields used in the schedule. For instance, you can organize the table by location instead of groups to view all activities in different locations.
To organize the output, navigate to the top right of the screen in either the Table or Gantt view and click on More. Next, select Organize from the dropdown menu that appears. From the pop-up window, you can organize your schedule output at two levels.
To begin, click on the first dropdown within the pop-up menu and select the desired field that you want to organize by. Your output will immediately organize itself according to the selected field. Note: empty fields will show up grayed out in the popup.
You can further organize your output by selecting a field from the second dropdown menu that appears in the pop-up window. If you have chosen to organize by both fields, your output will first organize by the first field and then by the second field in the hierarchy.
For example, let's say you have selected Location in the first field and Labor in the second field. Your output will first show all activities in the first location and then display activities organized by labor.
