The Image Embed feature allows you to add, view, and interact with images directly within the Canvas for better project context and collaboration.

Supported Formats:

  • JPG, PNG, SVG, WEBP

  • Max file size: 50 MB

  • Max resolution: 32 MP

Ways to Add an Image

There are 3 ways to add an image to the canvas:

  1. Copy & Paste

    1. Copy an image from your device or web, then Right-click on the Canvas and select Paste Image, or press Ctrl+V (Windows) / Cmd+V (Mac)


    2. Once loaded, the image appears selected

      1. Drag edges to resize

      2. Drag to move

      3. Open in a resizable side panel

      4. Open in a new window

      5. Press Delete to remove


  2. From the Right-Click Menu

    1. Right-click on any empty area of the Canvas and select 'Image' from the menu


    2. Upload a file or drag and drop it into the popup

    3. Once uploaded, the image will appear in a selected state. You can perform the action as mentioned above


  3. From the Left Toolbar:

    1. Click on Embed from the Left Toolbar

    2. Click anywhere on the Canvas where the image should appear


    3. Upload a file or drag and drop it into the popup

    4. Once uploaded, the image will appear in a selected state. You can perform the action as mentioned above
