Manny has access to the same project data you can see in Planera like schedules, activities, and progress updates. This is limited by your project permissions. It doesn't access anything outside your project.
Are my chats with Manny stored or visible to others?
Your Manny chats are stored in Planera but are not visible to others in your organization. Chats are stored indefinitely and are only accessible to you. Individual chats and the schedule containing them can be deleted at any time.
Can Manny see or use data from other schedules?
Manny will initially focus on a single schedule use case but can access data from other versions of a schedule.
Is customer data shared or used to train AI models?
No data is shared between customers and no customer data is used to train AI models.

What is the underlying AI technology Manny uses and how does it function?
Manny is built using an agentic system with internal MCP servers to allow it to query project data. Manny can answer direct questions about projects and offer suggestions for improvements. Manny is also capable of running “what if” schedule scenarios. These do not modify the schedule data in any way though.
