Viewing Changelogs

How to view changelogs, change audits, change history

Latest Update: 6-9-2026

Planera keeps track of all important changes that are made to the project, at what time, and by whom. From the Changelog interface, you can see what a given value was changed from & what is was changed to.

Any change that changes the schedule is tracked, for instance, activities, relationships, duration, calendar, resources, work hours, etc.

See the Changelog of an Activity or Group

Right-click on an Activity or Group, in the context menu select More Actions, then Show Changelog

See the Changelog for the Entire Project

Click the More menu, then Project Changelog

Filter the Changelog in 3 Ways:

  1. Filter the range of elements you are viewing the logs for. Select from your entire project, a group, milestone or activity.

  2. Change the timeframe from the dropdown on the right

  3. Choose from All Users or an individual who can edit the project from the dropdown on the left
