On the project card on the homepage, click on the top right corner with 3-dots

That menu will allow you to Rename, Delete and Duplicate the project.

Person that duplicates the project become the new owner of the newly created project

When you duplicate the project, all attributes of the project are copied over, including resources, calendars, custom codes, and tags.
