  2. Select the desired cells and copy them (usually Ctrl+C)

  3. Navigate to the desired location on Planera Canvas

  4. Press Ctrl-V (Cmd-V on Mac) OR right-click and select Create X Activities.

  5. The activities and their corresponding durations will be created on the canvas.

If copying from a text editor like Notepad or MSFT Word:

  1. Ensure that the durations are separated by the tab key and that each activity is on a new line.

  2. Select the activities and their respective durations.

  3. Navigate to the desired location on Planera Canvas.

  4. Press Ctrl-V (Cmd-V on Mac) OR right-click and select Create X Activities.

  5. The activities and their corresponding durations will be created on the canvas.

You can also copy only the activity names without their durations. Just select the single column with the activity names from the spreadsheet and copy.
