You can copy and paste one or more activities or groups (or a mix of them) within the same project or to a different project.
Step 1: Select activities and/or groups:
- Click on one activity or group (each called an element) 
- Select multiple elements by - Pressing Ctrl + drawing a box around them with the left mouse click 
- Press Ctrl + Click more elements 
 
Step 2: Copy the elements:
- You can copy these selected elements by pressing Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on Mac). 
- Alternatively, you can use the context menu popup and press Copy. 
Step 3: Paste the elements:
- You can now navigate to any other portion of the project or open a new project. 
- Press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac) to paste these elements 
- You can also right-click on an empty spot in the Canvas and click on Paste Elements 
What properties get copied?
- Activity and Droup names 
- Duration and Calendar 
- Relationships with lags of all elements inside the selection box 
- Labor and Equipment 
- Custom codes (within the same project) 
PRO TIP:
- You can create a project called "Recipes". Create a number of small networks that you repeatedly use across your company. Then you can quickly copy from that "Recipes" project and paste it into other projects.
