Delete activities on the canvas in two ways:
Left click on the activity or group you want to delete. Once the activity or the group is highlighted (outline colored in blue), press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Right click on the activity or group you want to delete and select Delete Element from the context menu.
Note: You can undo the deleted activity or group by pressing Ctrl+Z [Cmd+Z on Mac] or clicking on the 'undo' button on the canvas.
When a Delete Cannot Be Undone
Most deletes can be undone with Ctrl+Z [Cmd+Z on Mac]. Very large deletes, such as selecting a large block of activities and deleting them all at once, are too big to undo. To keep you from losing work by accident, Planera warns you before a delete this large goes through.
Select the activities or groups you want to delete and press Delete.
If the delete is large enough that it cannot be undone, a warning appears letting you know the action cannot be reversed. Type DELETE in the confirmation field, then click the Delete button. The elements are permanently removed and cannot be brought back.
If this is not what you intended, click Cancel. Nothing is deleted, and you can make a smaller selection instead.
Tip: If you want to keep the ability to undo, delete in smaller batches. Smaller deletes can still be reversed with Ctrl+Z [Cmd+Z on Mac].
