Add Content to Multiple Activities at Once

Bulk Actions allow you to update values such as Calendar, Labor, and Codes across multiple selected cells in the same column or across an entire row. You can either enter new values or copy and paste existing data.


How to Add in Bulk from Table cells?

  1. Hold Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) to select multiple cells in the same column for bulk update


  2. Once all cells are selected, a menu will appear next to the last selected cell (from the same column).


  3. Choose the desired action from the pop-up menu, and it will be applied to all selected cells.


How to Copy-Paste in Bulk?

  1. Right-click the cell and select Copy, or press Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on Mac)


  2. Select the cells and press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac), or select ‘Paste to Selected’ from the menu


Bulk Addition for Calendar, Labor, and Codes:

Calendar:

  • Select the cells, then choose ‘Add Calendar to Selected


  • Select a calendar from the drop-down and click ‘Confirm


Labor:

  • Select the cells, then choose ‘Add Labor to Selected


  • Search for the desired labor in the drop-down and enter the quantity to add


  • Click ‘Add Labor’ to add it to the cell, or click ‘Replace’ to overwrite the existing values in the selected field

Codes:

  • Select the cells and choose the ‘Add codes to selected’


  • Select a code from the drop-down and click ‘Confirm’
