Organization Logo: You can add your organization's logo or use the first initial followed by the name. This will appear in the top left corner. If no logo is uploaded, the initial followed by the name will be used by default. Owner Logo: Upload the project owner's logo here. It will appear in the top right corner. A rectangular logo with a 3:1 ratio is recommended. It can be changed or removed from “Edit”

What happens if I don't upload an organization logo? Planera automatically displays your organization's first initial followed by its name in the top left corner of the PDF instead.

Where do I upload my organization's logo? Upload it from your organization settings. See <a href="https://help.planera.io/en/articles/9448612-upload-your-organization-logos">Upload Your Organization Logo</a> for steps.

What's the recommended size for the owner logo? A rectangular logo with a 3:1 ratio, since it's placed in the top right corner of the PDF.

Can I change or remove the owner logo after uploading it? Yes. Open "Edit" to change or remove it at any time.

What does the preview area show me before I download? The left section previews exactly how the first page of your PDF will look, including both logos, before you export. Does the organization logo and owner logo appear on every PDF export? Yes, both appear on each page of the Gantt chart PDF you download until you change or remove them.
