Project Performance Dashboard - Multiple Projects

Monitor project level performance of multiple projects at once and create as many dashboards as you need

Updated over a week ago

The Organization Project Performance Dashboard provides a centralized hub for monitoring performance of multiple projects, offering a clear overview of performance across selected projects. It enables users to monitor progress, evaluate project health, and make informed decisions—all from a single view.

By consolidating key information into a single interface, the dashboard offers high-level visibility into project performance. Users can quickly identify potential issues, optimize resource allocation, and ensure projects remain on track to achieve their goals.

Users can create multiple reports, including and excluding projects as required. This flexibility allows for project tracking and analysis, ensuring users have the most relevant data at their fingertips. Multiple reports can be generated and saved, each focusing on different project sets or performance metrics.

Key Components of Project Performance report

  • Left Dropdown: Users can view all saved reports, save incremental changes, and add, rename, duplicate, or delete reports.

  • Right Dropdown: From here users can view projects within a report and easily include or exclude specific projects as needed.

  • Project Performance Highlights: The top section of the dashboard features the Projected Finish Variance and Critical Path Float Summary charts, which provide a visual snapshot of project performance against deadlines and critical path flexibility, helping users quickly identify delays and potential scheduling risks.

  • Project Cards: Project cards offer a quick snapshot of each project's performance and allow users to assess project health and spot deviations. Users can interact with the cards to open projects in a new tab, switch versions, update baselines, or add and remove projects, ensuring the dashboard reflects the most up-to-date information.
