The Personal Workspace is a dedicated area in which users can build draft projects only accessible to the creator. If other users need access, the project must be moved to a Shared Workspace.
Accessing the Personal Workspace
The Personal Workspace can be found via the All Projects page. Draft projects are nested under the “Personal Workspace” header and can only be accessed by their creator.
Creating a Draft Project
Create a draft project by either importing an project or creating a project from scratch. This is no different than creating a shared project.
Note: It is not possible to add other members of an organization directly to a draft project. To learn how to share draft projects, see the next section.
Draft Project Permissions & Sharing
A project within the Personal Workspace is only visible to user who created it. It is not visible across the organization unless it is moved to a Shared Workspace.
To share a project, it must be moved from the Personal Workspace to the Shared Workspace. To do this:
Click the “More Options” button on the private project
Click “Move to” and select the Workspace you’d like to move the project to.
Share the project with other members (if desired).
Note: Once a draft project has been moved to a Shared Workspace, it can NOT be moved back to the Personal Workspace.
