How to set a default project calendar

Project's default calendar can be set during the creation of the project. You can also change the default calendar after the fact:

  1. Navigate to the More menu and select Project Settings

  2. Select the Default Calendar from the lefthand list

  3. This changes the calendar for all activities that are using the project Default Calendar. Going forward, all newly created activities will be assigned the new Default Calendar.
