Group duration in Planera refers to the total time for a set of activities that have been grouped together. You can view group duration based on:
Calendar Days (7 days a week)
Project Default Calendar of the project
By default “Calendar Days (7 Days a week)” is selected. It can be adjusted within a project from the Canvas, Table or Gantt views.
How to change Group Duration Calendar from the Canvas
Expand a group
Navigate to the right section of the group header and hover over the "Duration" field. A tooltip displaying the applied calendar will appear. Click on "Change" to modify the calendar.
Select the options you want and click “Save”

Hover over any group in the duration column.
Note: If you can't find the duration column, add it via the “ADD” button near the last column, the 3-dot menu in a column header, or the dropdown next to the tabs.
