You can embed external and internal links in the comments section
Right-click on a group or an activity, group or milestone that you want to embed a link with
From the pop-up menu, select 'Add Notes/Comments'
In the notes section on the left, paste the URL link or type it out
Note: The link will be embedded in the comments. When clicking on the link, it will open the URL in a new browser tab.

Yes. You can embed any external or internal URL, such as a Dropbox folder or a shared document, directly in the comments or notes section of any activity, group, or milestone.
How do I add a URL to a comment or note?
Right-click the element and select Add Notes/Comments. Once the dialogue box opens, paste or type the URL and press Enter. The link is embedded and clickable.
What happens when someone clicks the embedded link?
The URL opens in a new browser tab.
Can I embed a link from the Comment button in the header, or only from the right-click menu?
You can add links from either method. Open the comment or note box from the header Comment button or the right-click menu, then paste your URL and press Enter.
