Planera allows you to decide whether all organization members or only invited ones can view the list of workspaces and their corresponding project cards.
How to manage Project Visibility?
From the homepage navigate to the profile dropdown in the header and select “Organization Settings”.
Select the “Permissions” tab.
Navigate to the dropdown in the Project Visibility section
To enable all members to view all workspaces and project cards:
Select “All Projects Visible” from the dropdown
Note: Only the members who are invited to a project can open it.
To restrict visibility to invited project members only:
Select “Invited Projects Visible” from the dropdown
