Compare the Field Schedule’s Start Date, Finish Date, Duration, Free Float, and Total Float with its linked Master Schedule and track their variance in the Table and Gantt view.
How to compare data from the Table
Navigate to the Variance tab and open the column panel from the dropdown in the tab or by clicking "Add Fields" in the last column.
Click on Master Schedule Variance, then toggle the desired values to add them to the table.
How to compare data from the Gantt
To show the Master Schedule data columns in Gantt left pane:
Click on “Edit Columns” in Gantt left pane.
Click on Master Schedule Variance, then toggle the desired values to add them.
To show the Master Schedule comparison bars in Gantt area:
Click on “More Menu” from the gantt header and select “Compare with MS”.
