How to Publish Schedule to Procore

Publishing a schedule created in Planera to Procore takes only a few steps once the Planera app has already been installed in Procore.

Procore has two scheduling tools, be sure to follow the steps for the correct version your team is using.

Publish to Procore Schedule (Legacy)

  1. Make sure that the Planera app is installed in Procore

  2. Provide project-level permission for the target project to Planera embedded app

  3. Open that target project in Procore

  4. Launch Planera Embed App

  5. Navigate to the right project in the embedded Planera app. Go to the "More" menu, and select "Export Project to Procore"

  6. Once exported, navigate to the Schedule (Legacy) tool in Procore to view your schedule

Publish to Procore Scheduling (New)

  1. Make sure that the Planera app is installed in Procore

  2. Provide project-level permission for the target project to Planera embedded app

  3. Navigate to your project in Procore, then from the Project Tools dropdown choose Procore's Scheduling tool (New)

  4. For projects maintained in Planera, choose option 1 for this initial import.

  5. Drop your file into the import window

Note: You only need to import your project once to be able to push future versions of your schedule to Procore through the embedded Planera App.

Pushing Updates to the New Procore Scheduling Tool

Once you've imported an initial version of your schedule, follow steps 1-5 above from the Legacy tool to push updates of your schedule to your project in Procore. On the last step, choose Procore Scheduling (New) and your Procore Project name from the dropdown and click Export.
