Make sure that the Planera app is <a href="https://help.planera.io/en/articles/8547366-installing-planera-app-in-procore">installed in Procore</a>

Provide<a href="https://help.planera.io/en/articles/8545278-procore-project-permission-to-planera"> project-level permission</a> for the target project to Planera embedded app

Navigate to the right project in the embedded Planera app. Go to the "More" menu, and select "Export Project to Procore"

Once exported, navigate to the Schedule (Legacy) tool in Procore to view your schedule

Note: There is an update to the Planera App coming soon that works with the new Scheduling tool in Procore. This is with Procore to review and approve and all documentation here will be updated once that is released.

3. Open that target project in Procore
4. Launch Planera Embed App
 
 
 
5. Navigate to the right project in the embedded Planera app. Go to the "More" menu, and select "Export Project to Procore"
 
 
6. Once exported, navigate to the Schedule (Legacy) tool in Procore to view your schedule

Publishing a schedule created in Planera to Procore takes only a few steps once the Planera app has already been installed in Procore.
