Now let's say you want to add a few more projects to that list. 

Planera App is just like any other user in Procore. So you need to provide permission to the Planera App to access specific projects so we can publish the schedule to it.

Go to the Procore Home (not a specific Project)

Go to the Apps dropdown and select "App Management"

Find the Planera app in your "Installed Apps" section and click "View"

Add specific projects to the permission list
