How to create a new version of working schedule

  • Navigate to the versions canvas

  • Hover on the card you want to duplicate and click the “+” icon then

  • Enter from date and number of weeks

    Note: Once the data is entered you will see a visual representation of the elements that archived, carried forward and pulled in from the master schedule.

  • Select Version and click “Finish”

    Note: On clicking create “Finish” a popup showing number of -

    • Finished activities archived

    • In progress and not started activities carried forward

    • New activities for additional weeks pulled in from Master Schedule.​
