From within a Planera Project, click ‘More’ in the top right and select ‘Project Export’

From the pop-up window, select ‘Oracle P6 XML’ and click ‘Export’
​

​Note: Project will export in native P6 XML format, compatible with any newer P6 versions (XML files are version independent)

If direct download is enabled, the P6 XML file will download automatically. Otherwise, it will be emailed to you after a manual QC by the customer support team.

To import the file in P6, navigate to File and click Import options
​

Select ‘Primavera P6 XML’ and click next
​

​

Locate the file on your system and import it as a new project.

​Note: All codes and resources will be imported along with the logic, durations, milestones, constraints and progress updates
​
