Build a Master Schedule that defines all key activities, their durations, and logical dependencies across the entire project. It serves as the primary project plan, providing a high-level view to manage timelines, milestones, and critical paths.

How to Create a Slice from an Existing Master Schedule

  1. Click “New Project” on the “All Projects” page


  2. Select “Master Schedule


  3. After selecting Master Schedule, you’ll be taken to the next section. Enter a name, set a default calendar and click “Next



    [Optional] Set organization fields to categorize projects for easier grouping and retrieval on the “All Projects” page. Add tags or reference numbers to maintain structure across divisions or multiple project


  4. Create Project
